Meet Chef Terri Rogers- Founder of NOoodle® & GENamaZing®
Chef Terri Rogers is an American chef, entrepreneur, food innovator, and author. Her career spans more than two decades of restaurants, catering, food manufacturing, and national retail.
In 2004, she opened Lincolnshire Gourmet in Illinois, then opened a second location and, in 2008, launched Highland Park After Dark, a private dining club.
In January 2009, she created NOoodle®, introducing her innovative line of konjac-based noodles to the American market. She built NOoodle® into a multimillion-dollar food business, bringing her products to supermarket chains nationwide, QVC, Shark Tank, Costco, and HSN.
Today, she is building the next chapter of American-made food innovation through NOoodle® and GENamaZing®, while sharing her extraordinary life story in her illustrated memoir, March Forth in Love.
